Star-Naming.in offers symbolic star-naming gift packages including a personalized certificate. These products are purely ceremonial. No actual ownership of a star is conferred, and star names have no official or scientific recognition. The International Astronomical Union (IAU) is the only authority that can assign official star names.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and place an order. By using the website, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Payments must be completed before your order is processed. In case of technical errors in product pricing or availability, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund your order.

4. Returns and Refunds
