Order means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

2. Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order of non-personalized products within 14 days from the date you received the goods without providing any reason.

Please note that all products related to star naming are customized and personalized upon order. Once production has started, these items are non-cancellable and non-refundable. This includes all digital products and vouchers that have been delivered.

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved (only for eligible non-personalized goods), we will reimburse you no later than 14 business days from the date we receive the returned goods. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, and no additional fees will be charged for the refund.

4. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

• The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
• The goods are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized goods (e.g., star certificates or naming documents).
• Digital products that have already been delivered (e.g., digital certificates).
• Digital gift cards.
• Goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Goods that by their nature are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
• Goods which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above conditions at our sole discretion.

5. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Returns should be sent to the following address:

We recommend using a secure and trackable shipping service. We cannot process refunds without receiving the returned items or proof of return delivery.

6. Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received and approved, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
